We suggest you start by taking advantage of our New Client Special. If you have never had any experience with Pilates equipment before, you can start with our Pilates beginners group class or Pilates all levels group class. If you have a lot of physical limitations, or don't feel comfortable joining a Pilates group class, we suggest you start with a Pilates private class.
